Too Good to Waste has taken 10,688 sq ft on a 5-year lease and civil engineers DT Hughes have taken a 2-year lease on 7,392 sq ft. Existing tenant Abbey Logistics has renewed its leases on 137,000 sq ft for 10 years.
Mileway has completed the refurbishment of Unit 17 C/D comprising 39,296 sq ft, which benefits from a large yard and LED lighting. It is available now on a leasehold basis.
Off Junction 5 of the M53, Plantation Park provides approximately 250,000 sq ft of warehousing and 10,000 sq ft of offices. Wirral international Business Park is home to a number of high-profile tenants including Great Bear, Meyer Prestige and Cereal Partners.
