The speculative development close to the on the important M45/A45 interchange will see two new units of 186,000 sq ft and 134,000 sq ft. Construction work on the warehouses at Symmetry Park will be complete by 2022.
Tritax Symmetry is behind the plans for the 111-acre Symmetry Park scheme in Rugby. It has an outline planning permission to deliver up to 2 million sq ft of logistics floor space.
The first two units will be constructed to meet net zero carbon targets.
The site forms part of the wider South West Rugby Urban Extension which is due to provide up to 5,000 new homes.
“The upfront delivery of the site-wide strategic infrastructure also allows us to quickly respond to design and build requirements ranging from 100,000 sq ft up to 1 million sq ft,” said Joseph Skinner, Associate Development Director at Tritax Symmetry.
