Symmetry Park Biggleswade gains fashion retailer

Noatum Logistics has agreed a 230,000 sq ft letting at the second phase of Symmetry Park Biggleswade to serve a new fashion retail customer.

The deal, with landlord Tritax Symmetry, comes two months before building work on the speculative warehouse is completed at Symmetry Park Biggleswade.

The global transport and logistics has signed a15-year lease. The deal comes after the it secured a major contract with a luxury clothing brand. 

This unit is linked to a new 2MW energy centre provided by Tritax Symmetry and sustainable energy solutions provider, BasePower for occupiers at the 95-acre site next to the A1 trunk road.

Two buildings remain unlet at the site, one of 75,000 sq ft and the other of 160,000 sq ft.

Colliers and Bidwells are joint letting agents for the scheme.
