Peloton has agreed 10-year leases at Raven Locks, Salford, in a deal with landlord Mileway.
The scheme, completed in April, is close to Junctions 3 and 4 of the M61 and with easy access to the city centre and wider North West.
Robert Kos, Industrial and Logistics Director at JLL, and advisor on the deal, said: “Raven Locks offers excellent Grade A space, bolstered by the local amenities and motorway access. The scheme has been very successful to date which is reflective of the current market with limited Grade A space and a strong level of demand.”
JLL and DTRE acted for landlord Mileway and CBRE acted for Peloton.
