Landlord Logicor has launched the move following a 248,000 sq ft letting to Wincanton on the neighbouring site in October. The new unit will be ready for occupation in spring 2021.
The logistics facility with 13.5 metres clear internal height, 7 dock levellers and 14 level access doors, is at Western Approach, between Junction 1 of the M48 and Junction 18 of the M5. It is close to both the airport and Bristol’s Avonmouth and Royal Portbury Docks.
Building work on the Hinkley power station is helping to stimulate local demand.
