Prologis signs LTS for big box scheme in Birmingham

LTS Global Solutions, the transport and shipping business, has signed up for 132,000 sq ft at Hams Hall, near Birmingham.

The deal with landlord Prologis will see LTS move close to DHL and the Jaguar Land Rover battery centre close to junction 9 of the M42 motorway.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
