Nottinghamshire logistics development to break ground in 2023

Land at a Nottinghamshire farm is to be redeveloped for logistics use.

Developers Commercial Estates Group and partners HBD plan 413,000 sq ft on the 30-acre site.

The land is already allocated for employment and residential use in local planning documents.

Residential development is already underway, and if planners agree the commercial element could begin work on site in spring 2023.

Joint agents are FHP, Nottingham’s Commercial Property Partners and The M1 Agency.
