New facility for RM on the M1

Schools equipment supplier RM Resources is to take a 196,000 sq ft facility in Nottinghamshire.

GMI Construction is to build the national headquarters at the 70-acre Harrier Park in Hucknal.

The site will eventually see 1 million sq ft of development by Salford-based Muse.

The site is close to junction 26 of the M1 motorway north of Nottingham.

The new premises will be ready for occupation in April 2021.
