MA6NITUDE site tightens grip on Cheshire market

An 867,000 sq ft Cheshire logistics development has been approved by planners.

Magnitude Land LLP, a joint venture between Tritax Symmetry and NPL Ltd, has secured outline planning consent for further development at their MA6NITUDE site at Middlewich, Cheshire.

MA6NITUDE is south of Cledford Lane and west of the proposed Middlewich Eastern Bypass.

 Further announcements about the future of the MA6NITUDE are expected, as it attempts to corner the Cheshire logistics market.

Magnitude Land is being advised by project team including Avison Young as planning and EIA consultants, AEW Architects, civils and infrastructure specialist SGI, and Eddisons Highways consultants. Savills, B8RE and Legat Owen are joint agents for the scheme.
