The either/or planning application will help accelerate timescales for starting on site and ultimately the delivery of high quality, sustainable employment floorspace, say developers Tritax. The development will be at the MA6NITUDE site close to junction 17 of the M6 motorway.

Tritax are already in the process of delivering.350,000 sq ft of new accommodation in three units at the Cheshire site. These include units of 149,000 sq ft and 51,000 sq ft, as well as a pre-let to Swizzels of 158,000 sq ft.
