The proposals by Caddick Developments has resolved outstanding issues with South Ribble Coiuncil planners after 16 months of negotiations.
The single warehouse will be built at an 86-acre former landfill site at Farington Estate Park.
The plot links to the A582 (Farington Road), which in turn provides direct access to the M6, M65 and wider strategic road network.
