Leicestershire warehouse plans submitted

Clowes Developments has applied for permission to build a 349,000 sq ft Leicestershire warehouse.

The development will be at the East Midlands Distribution Centre, Castle Donington.

An application has been lodged with North West Leicestershire District Council.
