Knowsley Business Park to gain warehouse scheme

Developers plan a 275,000 sq ft Merseyside logistics scheme at Knowsley Business Park.

PGIM Real Estate and Keir Property are behind plans for the 28-acre site at Knowsley Business Park.

Construction work is expected to begin next year for completion in 2024.

The plans follow a deal with landowner Knowsley Council.
