Dance floor manufacturer and supplier, British Harlequin plc, has taken 17,000 sq ft and the unnamed logistics business another 55,000 sq ft and Paddock Wood, the distribution centre in Tonbridge owned and operated by Logicor.
This leaves just 12,000 sq ft of remaining warehouse space available to rent at the location.
The Paddock Wood site is just off the A228, leading to the M20/M26, with Paddock Wood railway station a short distance away.
Refurbishment includes LED lighting and air source heat pumps which improved the EPC rating of the units. Further improvement and refurbishment works are also planned across other units.
