Harworth Group is behind the plans for the 107 acre site at Rothwell, Northamptonshire. The site is at junction 3 of the A14 trunk road with links to the M1, M6 and A1(M): within the golden triangle.
The site is already identified for development in local planning strategies.
Harworth currently anticipates that it will submit an outline planning application for the site in 2023.
