Potter Space, the company which owns the park north of the town close to the M40, M5 and M6, will increase floorspace on the 38-acre site.
New development over the next five years will take the total from 283,000 sq ft to 470,000 sq ft.
The decision was prompted by continued enquiries for the fully-let park.
