An unnamed global logistics business has signed up for a 411,000 sq ft warehouse in Doncaster.

The occupier was represented by CBRE (London), who are known to regularly represent Amazon, although Amazon are not thought to be the client in this case.

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have let their major speculative 411,470 sq ft single industrial development in Doncaster to an undisclosed global logistics company. The occupier has signed a lease for the whole building, which is close to junction 4 of the M18 motorway, which will include a major fitting out package, for which works have commenced.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor commented: “We had keen interest in the building since completion in December and it is fair to say we could have let the building to several parties, such is the strength of market demand for quality industrial accommodation,” Trebor managing partner Bob Tattrie said.

Trebor/Hillwood are represented by agents CBRE, Knight Frank and CPP.
