The latest plan for a 60-acre former bullet factory site add to an 800,000 sq ft approved earlier in the year.
The project is backed by a joint venture between Warehouse REIT and developer St Francis Group.
Units will be up to 400,000 sq ft.
The Crewe market has seen demand escalate as supply elsewhere in the region remains under pressure, and as local occupiers remain loyal to the town.
Earlier this month AO, the online electrical appliances retailer, signed up for its fourth Crewe warehouse by taking the 305,000 sq ft Crewe 305 unit developed by Panattoni.
The deal at Crewe Commercial Park brings AO’s total Crewe footprint to more than 1 million sq ft.
