The scheme will appeal to suppliers to the Jaguar Land Rover engine plan at the i54 site at junction two.
Barberry Industrial will develop warehouse units of 47,750 sq ft, 62,000 sq ft and 113,000 sq ft at Hilton Cross Business Park
Work on site is expected to start on site autumn this year.

Barberry intends to use some of the latest environmental technologies to reduce the cost of occupation and reduce the carbon footprint of our buildings."
