The online giant, advised by CBRE, has taken the WA316 unit at Western Approach. Logicor confirm a deal with a “household name” e-commerce business.
The site is located between Junction 1 of the M48 and Junction 18 of the M5, with frontage to the M49, WA316 offers direct access to the UK’s extensive motorway network.
Anthony McCluskie, Logicor’s Director of Asset Management, said: “Due to the quality of the building and the comprehensive refurbishment we undertook, WA316 was extremely well received by the market. To have concluded the letting on practical completion of the refurbishment is testament to this and we’re delighted to have worked closely with this customer once again to facilitate their expansion requirements in Avonmouth.”
