The deal to attract a Birmingham-based company to Stoke was supported by Make it Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Investment Service. The move brings 45 jobs to the Potteries. The business park is located close to the A50/A500 dual and Junctions 15 of the M6 motorway.
Anything 4 Home was established in 2007 and sells a range of products from beauty items to lighting, and from toys to stationery, from its online department store.
“There is a lack of freehold second-hand industrial property opportunities across the Midlands and we are seeing a number of owner occupiers that are willing to move cities in order to secure the freehold premises they need to grow their business,” said Knight Frank industrial agent Edward Kennerley, who advised on the deal.
Knight Frank advised real estate investment and asset manager Catella APAM on the sale at Birrell Street, Oldfields Business Park. The joint agent was Williams Sillitoe.
