Wincanton has taken 500,000 sq ft of new warehousing in Kent and Essex to serve a new customer contract as the 3PL giant plans further property expansion.
The 3PL has acquired two major new warehouse units at Medway in Kent and Harlow in Essex. The new leases total 500,000 square feet and are backed by a new customer contract.
Ian Henderson, Property Director at Wincanton, said: “Further expansion of Wincanton’s warehouse footprint is planned over the coming year. We are in the process of acquiring new, well-located distribution space to accommodate the needs of our customers."
