One of a handful of new speculative logistics starts in the Midlands this summer has been announced by Birmingham-based specialist Trebor.
Trebor Developments, in conjunction with their partner Hillwood, have secured detailed planning consent for a new speculative industrial facility of 70,540 sq ft to be developed on a site acquired at Telford’s Hortonwood West.
Site work on the scheme, marketed as Ore 70, will begin soon with Trebor due to announce the successful contractor by the end of July.
The facility will be available for occupation in Q2 2020.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, exokaubed “This is the largest industrial speculative unit in Telford to be delivered in the last 10 years. We have already seen a large level of interest in the unit.”
Trebor/Hillwood are represented by Bulleys, Telford and Wolverhampton offices, and Lambert Smith Hampton, Birmingham office.
