The Vox, Birmingham – the setting for The Logistics Awards 2019

The Vox Conference Venue (Vox) is a unique and attractive offering to the Midlands events scene.  Having opened its doors in September 2015, it is situated within the £150m integrated leisure and entertainment destination, Resorts World Birmingham on the NEC campus - the first destination of its kind in the UK. This year’s The Logistics Awards, on Thursday 26th September held in conjunction with the UK’s largest UK logistics tradeshow, the International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX 2019) at the NEC Birmingham, will set to have 650 people attending.

Its layout provides a banqueting space that can be combined or divided to create several multi-functional areas through retractable and soundproof skyfold walls. The venue also has a large foyer space with floor to ceiling windows through which natural light floods in. The venue offers a plug and play conference package that includes audio visual, sound, lighting and technical crew, and there is a stunning media wall that provides the perfect place for branding and event communications.

Kelly Haslehurst, Head of Marketing for the Vox said: “Everything about the Vox is built around delivering events that make a real statement of intent. The team gives a fresh perspective from every single angle, providing a creative and innovative approach to event delivery.”

IMHX 2019

The Vox is the perfect setting for this year’s event, held in conjunction with the International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX 2019). The Vox’s location also benefits from unrivalled road, rail and air connectivity, so it’s also extremely easy to get to.

The Vox has been designed to stand out from the crowd and has the ‘WOW factor’. Its location, teamed with enviable technical facilities and premium seating, makes this a super-powered venue and a real must-try if you are heading to the Midlands.

Some 13 award categories are eligible for entry – download this year’s £ntry Guide for details of this year’s categories and rules and requirements and submit your logistics project, consisting of a 50-word project and 1,000 word write-up here by the now extended deadline of Friday 24th May.
