ByBox, the market-leading international software and supply chain specialist, has announced the appointment of Ben Hudson as finance director. In his role, he will be reporting to the company’s chief financial officer, Pete Rowse, to manage ByBox’s Finance Team during their next surge in global growth.
Hudson has two decades of experience in driving growth in private equity-backed technology businesses, as well as significant experience in implementing and developing growth strategies, treasury management, US GAAP and financial forecast management and improvement.
He has held several positions including CFO at TruRating, Business CFO and vice president of Finance at JDA, where he was responsible for establishing a business support structure to collaborate with regional leaders to drive better performance across the various regions.
This appointment follows a period of sustained growth as ByBox continues to expand its international customer base and deployment of new and innovative supply chain solutions worldwide.
