Supply chain specialist ByBox appoints Ben Hudson as finance director

ByBox, the market-leading international software and supply chain specialist, has announced the appointment of Ben Hudson as finance director. In his role, he will be reporting to the company’s chief financial officer, Pete Rowse, to manage ByBox’s Finance Team during their next surge in global growth.

Hudson has two decades of experience in driving growth in private equity-backed technology businesses, as well as significant experience in implementing and developing growth strategies, treasury management, US GAAP and financial forecast management and improvement.

He has held several positions including CFO at TruRating, Business CFO and vice president of Finance at JDA, where he was responsible for establishing a business support structure to collaborate with regional leaders to drive better performance across the various regions.

This appointment follows a period of sustained growth as ByBox continues to expand its international customer base and deployment of new and innovative supply chain solutions worldwide.

CFO Pete Rowse said: “With Ben’s experience in operating across international regions and his proven track record in developing, implementing and driving growth strategies, makes him the perfect choice for our next Finance Director. I am confident that Ben will be an extremely valuable asset to the team as we continue to drive investment and enter new markets.”

Finance director Ben Hudson added: “ByBox is at an exciting period of growth as it continues to expand and reinforce itself as the leading supplier of supply chain technology in the UK and internationally. The company delivered a strong financial performance in 2016 reporting an annual turnover of $86 million and as it continues to enter new markets, it is an exciting task to develop a financial strategy that reflects this.”
