SHD Conference speaker: Neil Pickering, Customer & Industry Insight Manager, Kronos UK&I

As customer and industry insight manager at Kronos UK & Ireland, Neil partners with forward thinking organisations in the retail, hospitality and logistics sectors to help them engage their employees, control labour costs, increase productivity, and minimise compliance risk.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector, Neil has a deep understanding of the strategic levers organisations can operate to improve business performance. Delving deep into organisational processes, identifying the opportunity for business transformation and presenting compelling cases for business improvement are his key attributes.

Neil's session at 11am on Tuesday 14th May at London's British Museum will begin this year's morning keynote. This year's keynote at the SHD Logistics Conference will be the Head of Logistics James Turpin and Supply Chain Director Chris Holmes from NHS Supply Chain.

This keynote session will also be supported by insightful presentations from AB InBev’s warehouse specialist John Tudball, a company that brews lager brands Budweiser and Corona. Tudball’s session will be followed by XPO Logistics’ UK Supply Chain Managing Director Gavin Williams, Prologis UK sustainability officer Simon Cox, and a Digital Leaders Panel chaired by logistics consultants BearingPoint. B&Q and Screwfix brand owner Kingfisher and technology giant Siemens completes the speaker agenda for the event.
