Segro has launched the 173,000 sq ft speculative second phase at Enfield’s Navigation Park as demand for inner London logistics floorspace continues to grow.
Segro – who recently unveiled plans to expand into large-scale regional logistics through a deal with Roxhill – has returned to its roots with Navigation Park.
The Camden Town Brewery had already signed up for 57,420 sq ft before work on site was completed.
The site is close to the M25 and with direct access to central London via the North Circular.
The building is touted as one of London’s greenest-ever.
Alan Holland, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director for Greater London, said: “SEGRO has been incorporating carbon efficient and sustainable technologies within the design and build process for a number of years, and to have created the first truly ‘carbon neutral’ scheme in London’s industrial market is a tremendous achievement.”
