SEGRO has acquired an Enfield site with planning permission for a 200,000 sq ft development.
The 10-acre site is the developer’s second in Enfield, following the 84,000 sq ft development of View 406 last year.
The newly acquired land in Enfield is located mid-way between the North Circular Road and the M25 motorway.
SEGRO’s presence in London has historically focused on Park Royal in West London and Heathrow, currently totalling 1.3million sq ft.
