Ten new employment units have now been released and are ready for letting. Around a third are already under offer.
Individual units in the two terraces range in size from 4,500 sq ft to 7,400 sq ft and can be combined to form larger units if required.
This is the latest phase of developmentat Horizon 38 in Filton by St Francis Group and iSec.
The project complements the bigger logistics and factory units available at the scheme, which range from 21,500 sq ft to 115,600 sq ft
Paul Hobbs at GVA in Bristol, joint letting agent with JLL on the Horizon 38 scheme, said, “These are the first new speculative, flexible space business units to be built in north Bristol during the last 20 years.
“Much of the traditional industrial stock in north Bristol has been within the residential areas and pressure for both brownfield housing development and more efficient 24/7 use has pushed occupiers out as far as Avonmouth to find employment space.
