Standard Life has completed the speculative refurbishment of Unit 6 Broadgate, a major distribution warehouse at Broadway Business Park in Oldham. Savills and BC Real Estate have been instructed as joint letting agents.
The 103,000 sq ft (9,623 sq m) unit sits on a 5.4-acre (2.2-ha) site, and also underwent a yard extension as part of the recent works. It is located close to Junction 21 of the M60, with nearby occupiers including BAE Systems, GSI Commerce, Costco and Great Bear Distribution.
