Prologis is to launch 190,000 sq ft of speculative warehouse development near Heathrow.
The logistics developer will create two speculative units of 113,335 sq ft and 78,780 sq ft at Prologis Park West London, its 30 acre site next to Stockley Park, Hayes.
Prologis acquired the site from the Stockley Park Consortium in September 2014 and it has planning permission to transform the vacant site into a 465,293 sq ft scheme.
Andrew Griffiths, managing director, Prologis UK, said: “There is strong demand for modern, high quality facilities in West London and since we aim to create the best opportunities in the market for our customers, we are delighted to be expanding our portfolio in Hayes.”
