Prologis has bought a 6.5 acre West London site as the Heathrow logistics property market continues to soar.
Prologis, the US-owned warehouse property giant, has acquired the 6.5-acres at Venturis Park site from M3 Capital Partners on behalf of one of its investment funds. They plan a 115,000 sq ft redevelopment.
Venturis Park is located on Dawley Road, Hayes, Middlesex. The road is already home to two existing Prologis buildings on Dawley Road and close to Prologis Park Heathrow on Stockley Road. Venturis

JLL advised the vendor on the sale, and Gerald Eve and JLL will be letting agents. Prologis has retained Cedarwood as development manager.
