The first speculative warehouse development in East Northamptonshire will be completed later this spring.
The 103,000 sq ft speculative warehouse at Thrapston is developed by Hampton Brook UK. Burbage Realty and Savills are letting agents.
The site is close to the A14 and A45 providing access to the M1 and A1. Paperchase, Primark and Morrisons also occupy warehouses nearby.
The scheme will include 4,930 sq ft of office space, 23 HGV parking spaces and 10 access doors in total. The quoting rent of £4.95 per sq ft.
