Coventry's 340-acre Eastern Green green belt release has reached a turning point, with a 36-acre industrial development close to the A45 expected to be the project's first fruits.
Developers Hallam Land Management have submitted an outline planning application for the development on a 36 acre site close to the A45.
There will also be a new grade separated junction from the A45 to provide primary site access and a large housing development.
Last month Goodman announced a 230,000 sq ft logistics scheme on a 10.3 acre logistics site nearby at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton. The site is north of Coventry and two miles from Junction 3 of the M6.
