Parcel collection firm Pass My Parcel has announced it is to provide new delivery services for fashion retailer, French Connection and The Wine Society.
The firm, owned by news and magazine wholesalers Smiths News, adds these two brand names to its existing portfolio of 12 trading clients, which already includes ASOS and Amazon. Pass My Parcel will now provide label-less returns for French Connection and a click-and-collect service for The Wine Society.
Commenting on the new partnerships, Louise Ryan, strategy and business development manager at Pass My Parcel, said:

“Pass My Parcel has become one of the UK’s fastest delivery services, but we are always striving to innovate. As well as launching the country’s first mobile-enabled returns solution, we have also developed the SEND service so that customers can send parcels around the world via one of our partner carriers. Our parcel volumes are growing all the time, usually setting an internal record each month, and feedback from customers has been positive.”
Established in 2014, Pass My Parcel now works with more than 3,500 independent newsagents and convenience stores across the UK. Its model enables customers to collect and return items ordered online at a time to suit them.
Spokesman from The Wine Society, Ewan Murray, said that the partnership would help the company reach a wider audience:
“At The Wine Society we are always seeking new ways to appeal to current and potential customers, whether through perpetually enhancing our wine range or improving still further on the many great services we offer.
“Research tells us that our members, especially the younger ones, are demanding as much flexibility in delivery options as possible. This option gives us free next-day delivery to a convenient local point without the need to wait in. Our existing free home delivery on a name-the-day basis via a mix of our own fleet of vans and third party carriers will, of course, continue.
“While other merchants and multiples have a click-and-collect service to their own or associated stores, we believe this to be the widest ranging service offered by any UK wine merchant.
“A ‘soft launch’ of the service has worked well beyond our initial forecasts, and so we are rolling it officially.”
