Pall-Ex, the European palletised freight specialist, has launched a revamped and expanded service that allows customers to arrange seamless international transportation in a single transaction.
Pall-Ex Connect further streamlines the business’s partner networks, in the UK, Italy, the Iberian Peninsula, France, Poland and Romania, to provide continental and global services.
Consisting of Connect Europe and Connect World, the former service option provides regular and cost-effective transportation of small palletised consignments to and between every single European territory.
Managed entirely by Pall-Ex’s industry-leading TWINE information technology system, real time track-and-trace visibility and constant contact are standard benefits, and the service features regular departures from each of the six UK and European Pall-Ex national hubs.
For UK members and customers, the service’s simplicity and flexibility means that just one booking process is required, making it just as easy for customers to book transportation between two UK cities as it is for their freight consignments to cross the entire continent.
Connect World, meanwhile, is a bespoke service option that provides worldwide shipping from the UK, via Pall-Ex’s established logistics partners.
With weekly departures from Pall-Ex’s UK hub in Leicestershire, Connect World utilises the same simple booking system as Connect Europe, but allows for a tailored solution to transport consignments, by sea or air, to destinations around the world.
Pall-Ex Connect is available for standard and Euro pallet base sizes, with five height and weight options ranging from quarter to MEGAfull, to provide a wider range of options for Pall-Ex’s customers.
