A Warrington development site is being readied for a 92,000 sq ft warehouse.
Oxfordshire based developer, Brackley Property Developments, has acquired a 4.67 acre development site on the Omega North site, Warrington adjacent to the entrance to Travis Perkins. The site could see a single unit of 92,000 sq ft.
The site is the last available plot on the northern side of Omega which is currently the home to high profile occupiers Travis Perkins (pictured), Hermes and Brakes. The adjoining Omega South is home to Asda, The Hut Group, Plastics Omnium.
The new owners have appointed Cushman & Wakefield and B8 Real Estate to market the site on their behalf.
Jonathan Thorne of B8 Real Estate commented: “We have been encouraged by the early interest shown by occupiers and hope to secure an occupier with a view to being on site in early 2017.”
