A 276,000 sq ft Doncaster speculative warehouse scheme is to start on site later this month.
Salden Estates and Peveril Securities are set to start the speculative development of two high quality industrial and distribution buildings at Nimbus Park, Doncaster.
Two buildings, 164,000 sq ft and 106,202 sq ft,will be completed by March 2019.
Nimbus Park is close to junction 6 of the M18 motorway.
The warehouses will have clear internal heights of 15m and 12m respectively.
Rachel Wood of Sladen Estates said: “With the likes of The Range and BMW choosing to locate nearby for their national distribution hubs it demonstrates the strength of the location and it is a trend we only see continuing as other occupiers look towards the area.”
