Monster invests further in logistics and manufacturing recruitment

Monster invests further in logistics and manufacturing recruitment

Monster’s marketing investment in reaching logistics candidates continues to drive impressive results for recruiters in the sector.

Despite the growing competition and ‘seasonal squeeze’ to engage candidates for these roles, Monster’s social products and marketing strategy are driving:

  • 33.5% monthly increase in views of Logistics and Manufacturing jobs overall
  • 18.9% increase in applies to Logistics & Manufacturing roles
  • Triple the response to Logistics roles posted using ‘Power Job Ads’

Monster’s new UKIE Marketing Director Louise Goodman said: “Monster’s unique Power Job Ad dramatically increases response to roles by targeting hard-to-reach passive candidates on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and 100s of other sites.

"These are quality candidates who are generally not actively looking for work on other job boards but are open to the right offer. This benefits all categories but we are seeing particularly good results in logistics and manufacturing.

"Combined with our new marketing strategy and increased investment bringing candidates to our desktop and mobile sites, we are delighted to see these results for our customers in a sector that faces many challenges, especially at this time of year.”
