Mentor to sponsor SHD Logistics Awards

As a company which shows support to initiatives that encourage training, Mentor has agreed to be the official sponsor of the SHD Logistics Awards Safety category, for the second year in a row.

We ask the company, what part has Mentor Training played in reducing incidents within our industry?

"We deliver comprehensive operator and instructor training to all types and sizes of businesses and our primary objective is always to provide the skills and knowledge required to work safely and efficiently. Whether delegates are managers or work on or around MHE, we encourage everyone to take ownership for maintaining a safe, productive workplace.

Alongside training, we’re keen to get behind safety initiatives and work with leading associations to help raise awareness. For the FLTA’s annual forklift safety campaigns, we recently developed interactive hazard perception and attitude and behavioural tests made freely available online, and over 1,300 registered for each".

SHD Logistics Awards at IMHX

In 2016 the SHD Logistics Awards will take place during the International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX) in Birmingham on Thursday the 15th of September 2016. IMHX is the UK's largest intralogistics event which connects tens of thousands of supply chain professionals with over 450 exhibitors, in Birmingham, every three years. We expect a full bustling audience of IMHX visitors at the SHD Logistics Awards - over 500 - there to continue discussions and secure new business contacts made during the day in a less formal environment.

A table of 10, which includes 5* food and wine, a fantastic host and an evening of networking with industry colleagues is: £2,295 + VAT

However we're offering an ‘early bird’ discount of 15% (£2,065.50 + VAT) which will apply for bookings made before 1st July 2016.
