A 45-acre Manchester Airport site with planning permission for a 950,000 sq ft warehouse has been sold to developer.
Stoford, the Midlands-based shed specialist, has teamed up with TPG Real Estate to buy the site at Manchester’s Airport City.
The Airport City site – already home to Amazon and DHL – has become one of the North West’s most fancied logistics growth areas.
The site already has planning permission.
It is understood further land sales will be announced soon.
