This year’s The Logistics Awards 2019 promises to be its biggest awards yet, celebrating the most impactful achievements within the logistics sector since May 2018.
Held at the Vox, Resort’s World in Birmingham as many as 600 guests are expected to attend on Thursday 26th September – dubbed the industry night of the year. The gala evening will be held in conjunction with the International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX 2019).
Last year, Ocado scooped a trio of awards including the Overall prize, whilst John Lewis walked home with the Operations (Large) Award. Other big awards winners included Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery (New Facility – Under 150,000sq ft), Sainsbury’s (New Facility – Over 150,000sq ft), and Heineken (Innovation).
The Logistics Awards 2019 will feature new categories as part of the 13 categories that can be won on the evening. These include the Environmental Award, Technology Transformation Award, and the all-new Wellbeing Initiative prize.
