A Golden Triangle warehouse development site heads the list of 1.6m sq ft of new logisitics floorspace promised by US-owned Liberty Property Trust.
A key development site in the UK logistics industry’s ‘Golden Triangle’ at Brackmills, Northamptonshire has been acquired by Liberty.
The site could see 200,000 sq ft of development. The news comes as Liberty press on with 1.4m sq ft of new development in Widnes. Worcester and Lichfield.
Brackmills already has occupiers including John Lewis, Wickes, Great Bear, Panasonic and Coca Cola. Construction work is scheduled to start late this year.
Liberty’s Brackmills scheme is being marketed by letting agents DTRE and Burbage Realty.
