Yorkshire mega shed refurbishments are turning into a Logicor speciality. In February 2016 they let what was then the UK’s largest available shed to L&G Homes. The modular housebuilder signed a ten-year lease with Logicor for 550,000 sqft of warehouse space in Sherburn-in-Elmet, 15 miles east of Leeds.
The latest megashed is close to junction 34 of the M1 motorway. I has 15m clear eaves height, 33 dock levellers, 15 level access loading doors, 360 degree circulation, a new additional yard, 229 car parking spaces and a 3MVA power supply.
