Jungheinrich voted ‘Best Logistics Brand’

Jungheinrich voted ‘Best Logistics Brand’

Jungheinrich has been named ‘Best Logistics Brand’ for the second year in a row by leading German logistics publication, LOGISTIK HEUTE, and the association Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V.
The readers of LOGISTIK HEUTE were invited to nominate from more than 260 brands in 11 logistics categories. In the category ‘Materials Handling and Storage Technology, Order Picking Systems’, Jungheinrich was voted into first place, ahead of SSI Schäfer in second and Still in third.
Steve Richmond, Systems and Projects Director, Jungheinrich UK, said: “Across the globe, Jungheinrich continues to develop its market-leading position with its unique and differentiated ‘one-stop shop’ intralogistics proposition. For Jungheinrich to be awarded ‘Best Logistics Brand’ for the second time is a great honour; it’s testament to our constant investment in new technology and continued commitment to meeting changing customer needs.”
Thilo Jörgl (pictured), chief editor of LOGISTIK HEUTE, commented: “The race in the category ‘Materials Handling and Storage Technology, Order Picking Systems' was highly suspenseful. Our readers and the BVL members were able to cast their vote from a total of 42 nominated brands.

"Currently, they are especially interested in developments relating to Industry 4.0. This new age offers great opportunities, whilst also bringing about challenges such as interface issues and unified standards. Congratulations to all the winners!”
