A French auto parts firm associated with Jaguar Land Rover is expected to take a 200,000 sq ft warehouse at Warrington’s Omega logistics park.
Plastic Omnium are being linked with a requirement for a new North West warehouse being handled by surveyors Colliers Internaitonal.
Planning permission has already been secured for a 200,000 sq ft unit on a 10-acre site at Omega.
One North West logistics specialist told SHD: “It’s a surprise this French requirement is coming to Warrington. One might have expected it to be going to Speke instead.”
Omega Warrington’s developers Miller and KUC Properties are working in partnership with landowner the Homes & Communities Agency, Warrington Council and the Cheshire & Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.
