Jaguar Land Rover has launched plans for a 760,800 sq ft campus as part of expansion plans.
The development at South Whitley will see new floorspace for the JLR supply chain as well as the car maker itself, a hotel and shops.
A planning application is now with Coventry city council.
In November 2015 JLR announced it was to invest in its other main Midlands site at Wolverhampton.
Jaguar Land Rover said it would double the size of its Engine Manufacturing Centre at the i54 site to 2.1m sq ft as part of a £450m expansion programme.
