Housebuilder Countryside Properties is to take a 129,000 sq ft Warrington DC

Knight Frank has agreed the letting of Zodiac on Gemini Business Park in Warrington to Countryside Properties PLC on a 15-year deal. The landlord is NFU Mutual.

Rob Taylor, Head of Knight Frank’s North West Logistics & Industrial, said:  “The fact is that opportunities to secure good quality buildings in prime locations such as Gemini in Warrington, do not come along very often and it shows the strength of the north-west market that deals like this can happen in short timescales.  There remains a good depth to the big shed market in the region at present and this letting demonstrates that.”
The 200-acre Gemini business park sits at the heart of the UK motorway network, strategically located by the M6, M62 and M56 Motorways approximately 29 km (16 miles) east of Liverpool and 30 km (19 miles) west of Manchester.
