PATRIZIA, advised by Colliers International, White Commercial and Brown & Co has announced a hat-trick of lettings in the month of October at Arrow Park in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The total space let comprises 49,119 sq ft which accounts for 40% of the total park.
Unit 1 (9,958 sq ft), has been let to BTC Racing who will be using the unit as a base for their new British Touring Car Racing Team; Unit 2 (9,972 sq ft) has been let to equestrian products provider Saddlery Brands International who will be suing the unit for storage and distribution; and Unit 3 (29,189 sq ft) has been let to New Generation Couriers Logistics, a parcel delivery company servicing the Northamptonshire area. These new tenants joined Howdens Joinery who occupy Unit 8 (10,004 sq ft).
Arrow Park is a brand new 140,000 sq ft warehouse/industrial development comprising eight units in a prominent position fronting the A43 dual carriageway. The Park has fast access to the motorway network at Junctions 10 and 11 of the M40 and junction 15A of the M1.
The development will form part of a larger mixed use estate where a new Sainsbury’s superstore, hotel and healthcare centre are planned
Luke Le Brun, Asset Manager, PATRIZIA said: “To secure 50,000 sq ft of lettings in just one month is testament to the quality of the space of offer at Arrow Park and its strategic location with fantastic road links within an area of engineering excellence. These latest deals follow the letting Unit 8 in April 2018 to Howdens Joinery and, with the continued help of our agency team, we are receiving continued interest in the four remaining units.”
James Haestier, Director, Industrial & Logistics at Colliers International said: “With 40 per cent of Arrow Park’s overall space let in October alone, these three latest deals are further signs that space at this 140,000 sq ft site is extremely sought-after. Located at the heart of the Motorsport Triangle – and with the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit just six miles away – it’s no surprise that tenants such as BTC Racing have chosen the site as the home of its new British Touring Car Race Team.”
