Harworth has revealed a 10m sq ft logistics development pipeline, up by 1.9m sq ft of new applications, as the UK warehouse property sector shows no sign of slowing.
The developer says they have plans yet to be submitted for a further 6.3m sq ft of development.
Harworth Group plc revealed its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2016. The net value of their portfolio rose 12.5 per cent to £334.9m.
During the year Harworth made six site acquisitions valued at £31.6m including a 50% purchase of the investment vehicle that owns Gateway 45, Leeds’ largest live commercial development, and sold 43.7 acres at Logistics North, Bolton, to Lidl UK for £22.5million.
